Seeking a BE/BC Hospitalist to join hospital.

- 7/7
- Flexible scheduling, Daytime shifts with few night shifts
- $300K base salary with up to $45K bonus incentives
- 180 hours/15 shifts per month; $175/hr for moonlighting shifts over 180 hours
- Retention bonus after 4 years
- Rotating days and nights
- Open ICU
- Procedures optional
- 3 Hospitalists on during the day with average patient load of 12-15, rotating admissions follow patients from admission to discharge.
- 1 Hospitalist on at night.
- EICU coming in early 2024 with 24/7 tele-support from Board Certified Critical Care Intensivists, vital signs monitored, etc.
- No APPs to supervise
- Sign-on bonus, Paid Malpractice, CME and Relocation allowance
